Phacil’s Core Competencies

As a technology services company, it is essential that Phacil strengthens and grows a portfolio of offerings that align with our customers’ current and future technology needs. Over the past few years, we have developed a set of four service offerings and related core competencies that provide a strong foundation both now and into the future. Our four key service areas are: Software Services, Systems Engineering/Integration & Operations (SEI&O), Cybersecurity and Service Desk.

It is through the tremendous hard work and talent of our engineers, technicians, administrators, and others that we continue to successfully exceed our customers’ expectations. The goodwill and positive relationships Phacilians maintain with our customers – whether it is solving service desk issues, proactively managing application performance, or ensuring operational security – have tremendous impact in helping our customers achieve their vision of success. I personally extend my appreciation to all Phacilians for their dedication toward achieving our customers’ mission and advancing leading edge technologies and service excellence standards as performance leaders within their agencies.

Tom Shoemaker serves as Phacil’s Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He is responsible for advancing the business by driving operational excellence and technology innovation.
